Pricing can be done using the online calculator on the website, uploading the 3mf, .stl, .obj, .vrml, .stp lub .step. file and specifying print parameters and post-processing options.

Yes, ready-made printouts can be sent to any place in our country (via a courier company or through a network of parcel machines). There is also a possibility of personal collection in Krakow, where our Technology Center is located.

Yes, for this purpose, complete the address details in the contact form to prepare an individual transport quote.

Deliveries are made via courier companies and a network of parcel machines. Pickup in person is also possible at our Technology Center located in Krakow.

The delivery costs of the models depend on their weight and dimensions. The priority of delivery is also very important. In each case, the shipping rate is set by the shipping company performing the delivery.

Payment methods available on the website: PayPal, Blik, direct transfer, card payment.

Yes, depending on the client’s needs, we provide a bill or VAT invoice along with ready models.

Details of the order valuation process

Here are many elements to the printing costs. The most important of them are the volume of the model and the amount of space it takes up in the work basket. These parameters are calculated automatically on the basis of the sent file in .stl format.

Accepted file formats: .3mf, .stl, .obj, .vrml, .stp, .step.

For proper valuation, you need a model with closed faces (creating a solid). The finished model should be saved to a file with a specific format (.3mf, .stl, .obj, .vrml, .stp, .step).

The quick quote option does not require an account on our website.

However, if you want to receive a dedicated quote for a non-standard order – setting up an account will be necessary

Additionally, an active account will enable the verification of previous projects and their analysis in terms of price, materials used and selected post-production.

The valuation proposed by the automatic system may change slightly after the order is verified by an employee of the 3D department. Some production elements must be verified by an experienced expert before the final order amount is confirmed.

3D printing process

The working area of the printing machine is 380 x 284 x 380 mm (332 x 190 x 248 mm for color printing). The minimum print dimensions are 10 x 10 x 10 mm.

We use powders based on PA12, PA12CB, PA11, PA12GB and PP (Polypropylene) polymers also TPU01 elastomers.
Details on materials for 3D printing in MJF technology can be found here.

The dimensional accuracy in MJF technology is 0.05mm.

For PA11, PA12, PA 12 GB and TPU materials, the standard part color is dark gray. In the case of PA 12 CB, the color of the parts is close to white. In this case, prints in the full CMYK color palette are also possible.

Yes, when using PA 12 CB material it is possible to print in the full CMYK color palette.

Yes, the price of printed items includes the cost of pre-production, most often done with glass, composite or mineral beads
Our 3D specialist selects the optimal form in terms of the material from which the elements were printed.

When placing an order, the customer may indicate a printout WITHOUT preliminary post-production, which will result in an uncleaned model from powder.

The strength characteristics depend on the material used. To find out more about the materials, you should analyze their technical specifications available on our website.

Post-processing

It is the process of cleaning and finishing the external surfaces of the model after the 3D printing process.

We offer sandblasting, surface smoothing / hardening and tinting services in the full RAL palette.

Dyeing is carried out with the use of specialized DyeMansion machines, which apply pressure to the surface of the models and force them into them.

Smoothing the surface is done with the DyeMansion Powershot S device, which uses composite beads. Smoothing does not affect the dimensional accuracy of printed parts.

Material tests

Material tests are a series of tests that are subjected to manufactured elements. Both AM3D prints and elements provided by external customers can be tested. The full list of material tests carried out by our company is available here.

A full list of material tests with detailed descriptions is available here.

A variety of materials may be subjected to our testing, please contact us via our form to arrange details.

3D scanning process

Yes, please contact us for details. Link to the contact page is available here.

The cost of the service is determined individually depending on the client’s needs.

Both small parts and large, complex elements can be scanned. The minimum size of the scanned detail is 30 x 30 x 30 mm.

We have devices that scan with an accuracy of 0.05 mm.

Yes, our scanners are perfect for e.g. chrome elements.

Yes, it is possible to work in the field after prior arrangement of details. For this purpose, please contact us via the contact form.

Yes, our devices scan elements with textures and a high color depth of 24bpp (bits per pixel).

3D design process

Yes, to order the design of specific elements, please use the contact form.

The cost of the service is calculated individually, after contact with the client.

As part of 3D design, we can carry out a reverse engineering process for the client, restore a damaged element, carry out the topological optimization process or make a project from scratch.

Yes, thanks to the 3D design process, it is possible to recreate a damaged element and to manufacture using additive or traditional technologies.
